March 02 Week #7 - weigh inSo this week has flown by and I'm happy to report that the scale is moving for me again. I had a 1 pound weight loss this week (now 157). It's not much, but after seeing no results for the last two weeks I'll take it. I'm hoping that I have kick started my weight loss again and that I will have even bigger results this week.
~Jen February 25 Week # 6 - weigh inWell as suspected I had no weight loss for the week but the good news is I didn't gain either (still at 158). So I must be doing something right to maintain my 9 pound weight loss but I am determined to kick start my weight loss again for week #7. I have been stuck at 158 for 2 weeks now! I plan on mixing up my workouts this week and of course watching my calories and getting in enough water daily.
~Jen Getting better....I had a better week than last. Got in four workouts, three more than last week!! Although my goal has been 5 or more, I'm happy I got in almost that many this week. My eating was better too... kept the calories down. I was down 3.2 pounds... didn't quite recover fully from my 4 pound gain last week but I'm headed in the right direction!! I'm worried, because I'm starting on medication soon that I fear may cause weight gain. I guess I'll deal with that obstacle when it comes! February 23 Week #6 - unmotivatedYeah so this really has not been a good week for weight loss at all. I have been working a lot of hours at work and have been going in early so it has been cutting into my morning workouts this week. By the time I get home at night I am just tired and not motivated at all to work out. Ugh! I don't really expect to see any kind of results this week.
~ Jen February 18 Week # 5 - Weigh inWell I am just frustrated this time around - I had no weight loss for Week 5 (still 158)! I'm not sure why I didn't see any results this week, I got in a lot of workouts and thought I ate well too. There is no way I have hit a plateau already - I haven't lost that much weight yet. I'm not sure - I didn't do anything differently this week over the other weeks. I guess I'll just have to work harder in week 6 to see some results! :(
